Called and spoke with Austin in the service department and asked if he happened to have any openings for an oil change, and he very nicely said, "sure if you come right now we can slide you right in!" Not only did they accommodate me last minute, Austin let me know my car was a bit past due for certain 30k maintenance updates. I very much appreciated his friendliness and patience, as well as the free coffee while I waited. Will definitely return for future service!
Update: I took my car in on 23 Jan 2023 to get new tires installed in my vehicle and I decided to wait in the customer area, while the job was being done. It was a couple hour wait, but it went quickly as the waiting room provided fresh-made coffee and had plenty of interesting reading materials. Also, I wanted to give a special shout-out to my service tech, Jairo Perez. Besides his kindness and efficiency, he went out of the way to ensure I was happy with the service, which made me feel like a valued customer! This is such a rarity in today's business world, so, THANK YOU! I will definitely continue to patronize Pye Honda, in Dalton GA. π₯°
